Both belts should have part numbers on which will help ID. I'd presume all 1Y cambelts are the same?
As far as auxiliary stuff, you could have ended up with any combination of stuff so realistically reading the "6pk775" type number off the belt is gonna be the only way to be sure.

Re: 3rd seat options?
The picture isn't showing up for me, But I will say that if van has a seat belt fitted in the back, this absolutely doesn't mean that it is a safe, usable seatbelt by any standard. I've seen so many terrifyingly bad seatbelt installations. Some years ago when I worked at Halfords I was asked to fit ...

Re: 3rd seat options?
There were double passenger seats fitted to some T25s from the factory, but I think they might rely on a bulkhead for support? There's also a company making an absolutely horrific looking full width triple bench seat with a back that flips forward to "reverse" it, if you're happy with the ...

Re: Van won't start
I'm not sure where the advice originally came from, but I often see people doing this: However starting the van for 10 minutes a few times a week is significantly worse than not starting it at all - that first 10 minutes of running when cold (with the choke on) will fill the oil with petrol and cond...

Re: Installing a CD or deeper stereo in dash
I am surprised nobody has designed a 3d printed spacer that looks more part of the dash, rather than the radio sticking out of the dash by about 25mm ( 1" ) overall. I think the crossover of "people who have a 3d printer" and "people who still want to lug a load of compact disks...

Re: CS to AGG engine swaps
I can answer a few: Use your sump and flywheel, make sure the clutch is in perfect condition. You need to use the bottom half of your CS oil pump (with the pickup tube to suit the wedge sump) and the top half of the AGG oil pump Fit a pilot bush to the AGG crank (same as what would be in a JX or CS,...

Re: Accelerator/ throttle very notchy
you say "carbs" rather than carb.... If your van has had a pair of big carbs (webers?) fitted, those will impact driveability - especially if not tuned perfectly. It sounds as though a stiff throttle pedal is part of the issue, but poor part throttle manners is probably what is really caus...

Re: Vehicle Tracking & Immobilizers
I run "Trutrack" trackers on all my vehicles. The units themselves are ~£20-30. Subscription is £59 per year. On my Doka I've actually got two trackers fitted, one in a fairly obvious place as a decoy (it has no active subscription), and another one that is very well hidden. Electrical imm...

Re: Where is the Engine Code?
It'll be a DF or a DG.
If it's mindnumbingly slow it's a DF. If it's fairly slow it's a DG

Re: Solar panels only provide trickle charge
As Mocki says, if your charge controller has a USB port its a shoddy token chinese one and is best replaced - they're cheaply made and unreliable. With a half decent charge controller, you'll be able to see the solar voltage and current directly on it's display (or via app) which makes diagnosis muc...

Re: 1984 5 speed LHD gearstick
If the old one has snapped then it's quite likely the linkages could do with some love as well, it shouldn't take a great amount of force to select gears.

Re: Overheating damage
Possibly a dead head gasket between 2 and 3. However, realistically if it's been repeatedly cooked til it won't start anymore, fixing it would be 1: throwing good money at what is fundamentally the worst engine fitted to one of these vans. 2: throwing good money at what is quite likely a terminally ...

Re: DF Waterboxer engine
I suppose it's only the same as the 75bhp 2.0 Caddys. Identical engine to the rest of the range, artificially limited to under half of it's design power in order to tick a box for fleet buyers who don't want anything that their drivers can thrash about. They were all at it, my 2.0 talbot express wit...

Re: DF Waterboxer engine
Just out of spite, really.
Cam, carb and inlet are the main differences to a DG that reduce the power.
