Hi ..your problem is exactly the scenario my last great breakdown/hassle/learning curve/enlightenment was(same engine and year)...funny thing that after being parked up for a week, it seemed to heal miraculously?!..drove it..lost gears again..1st,2nd and reverse..then clutch!!turns out whole clutch ...

Ta for that!...now...have checked the engine no....hehehe oh joy Ive got 2!an old one(stamped out)and new one(recon i presume)..I take it for clutch ref. I should use the old no. ?..(which i can just about make out!)...Im assuming here....and we all now how dangerous that can be!
