Injector burning up

One of the tips of the injectors on my 2.1 MV keeps melting! It's the third time it's happened in 8 years with 3 different injectors - but all in the same position on the block. Any ideas what could be causing it? Usually running off LPG, but try to keep the petrol side running and clear too.

replacing track rod end

Hi folks

Failed Mot on track rod end play. I want to replace it myself, but the Haynes manual is trying to make an a*** of me!

Track rod end / tie rod end. Are these different things? And do I need a 'universal balljoint separator " to get it off?

Thanks in advance

Re: Stuck fuel cap!!

Penetration, perseverance, and patience.......... and it's off! Dismantled, cleaned, lubed and as good as new! I must say though, calling it a locking cap maybe going a bit far!? I think a quick turn with a screwdriver would have had it off in no time!! Another annoying thing off the list! Also fixe...

Where's the fridge fuse on Westie Joker with ABS?

Can't for the life of me remember where it is! Not on the B pillar that I can see, and not under the driver seat - that's full of ABS gubbins.

I did regularly give it a good lube - but it's probably down to lack of use - I'm on LPG.

Stuck fuel cap!!

I don't want to bend anymore keys on this job! Petrol cap has been very stiff for ages, but always eventually managed to get it off. Now it's truly stuck - and I've tried everything to clean it up and loosen it. I have a new cap ready to go in - once I can get the old one off. Is it a simple case of...
