Hi I was wondering if anyone out there could help. I have been having some problems with my indicators - basically sometimes they just don't work but can start working when I push the fuse box under the steering wheel. Even then, however, the rate at which they can click on and off goes up and down....

we had this problem on ours we would start it up and would be fine when we came to a stop after a hour and set off again after a hour it wouldnt start again we took it to vw who didnt have a clue but did say the starter motor was old and knackered so we tried to source a new one but couldnt find one...

We have checked the oil but that seems fine.
We have also checked underneath the oil cap and there is no evidence of water there.
