clutch whining and hard to get into gear sometimes

hi there, yesterday night the clutch pedal on the floor, and the van juddered forward a tiny bit. also i have a bit of whining, and sometimes it's like a brick wall trying to get the van into gear, and sometimes i have to wiggle it and very carefully put it into each gear, a bit like putting cotton thread through a needle. but she's still going.

i thought it could be clutch needing bleeding? or is the clutch or syncromesh on its way out? any ideas? thanks.

Have you looked to see if there's any fluid in the reservoir?

bled clutch today of black stuff, put 500ml through it. nice colour now. still a whine from first into second with clutch pedal down and even with engine off I could hear a whine. haven't had as much brick wall feeling when changing. I will change the gearbox oil next. how many litres of 75w90 do I need or can I use ep 90 and how many litres for the diff and what stuff to use?

All the capacities are in the haynes, along with the recommended weights
