I find you never go to the beautiful places on your own doorstep and yet will drive hundreds of miles to see a beauty spot. So on Thursday with the weather so good we fancied a couple of nights away in the van ,but didn't fancy the mad Easter Rush to the coast. All in all a chilled couple of days and right on our doorstep.

We're thinking of the same this coming weekend now the new visitors centres open at Jodrell Bank , or Jarman Farm.
