Hi all,

I've got a T25 1982 with 3/4 rock n roll bed with no seat belts. i have got two excited kids who who a trip out in her but of course with no seat belt for their booster seats, its just not going to happen until i can sort this issue so i need your help and advice!

I'm looking to fit 3 point seat belt or even considering a 4 point racing style belts as this could be neat solution. Has anyone fitted these 4 point belts and has it worked? The 3 point solution looks safe but as i've got a cupboard the nearest strong point to anchor it would be inside it. Has anyone fitted them anywhere else??

Does anyone know a good fitting company in the north west, i'm based near Crewe. The seatbelt service is london based and a fair trek away, but they appear to be knowledgeable from their website.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

There's a bit in the wiki here https://club8090.co.uk/wiki/In ... oint_belts

Most booster seats demand a 3 point system so racing style might be a bit belt and braces, plus the kids might feel a bit restricted.

I forgot to mention - any idea of the best place to buy them from or a company that fits them in the north west?

Well, we've got the seat belts fitted by Quick Seat Belts in North London! talk about a trip but it has been worth it. Those guys fitted the rear ones in 4 hours and we even got to choose the colour. The service was good and we feel very assured that they are safe and not botched.

Soo, first outing with the WHOLE family is Dub freeze tomorrow! Bring it on!

Had two three point belts fitted by the same company and you're right, one of the belts went through the cupboard door. Much cheaper to get static belts rather than inertia and as like me it sounds like you'll mainly have the kids seats in you won't have to keep readjusting the length
