I have a T25 that claims on the log book to have a 1.6 diesel engine, please can somebody tell me if this info matches the engine code below? And what do these numbers actually mean? Thank you. (I've looked all over the internet and am getting conflicting information)

That's the part number for a cylinder head, I think.
