Has anyone any expirience of changing Output shaft oil seals on 5 speed 3H gearbox. Do the shafts simply pull out from the gearbox after removing the driveshaft? Where can I buy replacement seals?

The pics are of my 5-speed box, not that its all that relevant when it comes to the seals.
