Heater fan replacement

heater fan has made noise then packed up i know its dash out to fix. Can a heater blower from a golf or polo fit ? anyone any ideas which parts are interchangeable or where i can get a replacement blower motor

New heater blowers are available from GSF at £52 plus VAT but i see they are selling some off on E Bay at £34 including delivery bargain! mines on its way.

Always better to fit new than try and salvage a S/H one - unless its given to you, and even then they're prone to seize. Lot of work to remove dash only for it to happen again.
