Source of my 12v system.

Hey all,

Pretty stupid question coming up so here goes.
Ive bought a split charge system and isolater switch to fit into my '82 T25 which is a CI Kamper conversion. I presumed the whole 12v system would run straight off the batt under the drivers seat?
Connected to the positive terminal there are two wires a thick black and a thin red one, guessing the red one was the 12v i disconnected but seems to be the starter power.

Where else would the 12v system feed into? All I want to do obviously is to run the 12v off the leisure batt and be able to isolate the starter. Ive tried tracing the wires from lights ect but they run into the wall panels.

Any help would be great.

Cheers
Dave.

Here is a link to a suitable split charge drawing.
Note* place the fuses close to the power source.

Cheers lads will have a look through those, I got a diagram with the split charge system so would be confident hooking that up.
Any any new 12v appliances I will run directly off my leisure battery but dont know where the lights and water pump ect that already in the van run to? These if used would still run down the main batt.

Thanks
Dave
