Fuel cam not moving

1.9 dg, the cam that controls the fuel pump has stopped going up and down...

Has something snapped, can i just replace with electric pump?

Is the push rod too short?
Pretty sure its driven from the main cam shaft

It’s run off the distributor drive , how did you notice it wasn’t lifting?

Thanks, it was pumping but quite not enough for aftermarket fuel pump

If I recall the pin should measure 100mm? So if its worn it wont do owt
