A bit late to the party here. Llanfyllin is a great place and it would be a shame to have it anywhere else. To share the site with trial bikes would be a shame though and it would spoil the site's tranquility - that's when Fred's not bouncing off the limiter of course . The two weekends suggested sound great for us. If there's going to be a recovery demo I have some additional kit I can bring along if needs be, Tirfor, ground anchor, etc. Also, I'm up for doing a bit of volunteering - if it doesn't clash with fire duties of course!

It's been agreed that we book 29th July..
There will be no more than 6 KTM Experience bikes on site and they will keep out of our way... 

That's what on offer and that's what I've agreed to with the site owner.

Next year we'll make sure we have it to ourselves.

Apologies Clive, being an 'intermittent' visitor to the forum and tbh social media in general, this one slipped through the radar.
We've got commitments that weekend...last we heard was the chat about tagging the extra day onto the late August BH haha so obviously I'm way behind the conversation.

Fingers crossed for less 'site traffic' at Llanfyllin next year but in the meantime if Jenny can send details for subs renewal either to me on Signal or thebusmonkeys email then we'll get our support sorted...

I was naively hoping that by the end of July we would have some sort of routine and that I would be able to nip over for the weekend, but there is absolutely no chance. Eimear can just about cope with me being in work for a day, never mind a long weekend alone with a 7wk old!
Gutted. Hopefully next year it can be a family adventure

I have just fitted a CB radio in readiness for Syncropendence but have not set-up the antenna with a SWR meter yet.

Being completely new to CB, what channels do we typically use for greenlaning / events?

The radio has both 40 European and UK channels so I'm assuming UK frequencies at SP?
