Club 80-90 Forums

Hi All
I have looked in obvious places (Forum, Brooklands, JK, VWH C&C etc.) but cannot find a definitive recommendation on which engine oil and anti-freeze to use to do and oil/coolant change in my T25 with DG code 1900 petrol engine running on LPG, before a lengthy tour to Italy this summer. Am I right going for 5w or 10w/40w semi-synthetic oil and blue glycol antifreeze?
