Rust converter

Like many T 25 owners I have a few patches of seam rash that will need dealing with later this spring. I know the only sure way to stop it is to cut out and replace.
I've used vactan and while the results have been good I was wondering if anyone has used any other product with good results.
Thanks

I've been looking at this as well.
I've heard Dinitrol is pretty good but wondered if anyone on here has any experiences of it?

Fertan is excellent, I prefer it to Vactan. It leaves no waxy residue, can paint straight over it once dry, and it works a treat.

I've used krust quite a bit on mine, it works ok and provides a good surface for painting onto

Phosphoric acid - I use the 40% stuff but you can get higher concentrations which would probably work quicker. It turns the rusty bits black and etches bare metal leaving a good surface for painting.
You have to wash it off with water before you paint, but I usually dry it with a heat gun really quickly afterwards so it doesn't flash rust.
Then epoxy primer over it.
