I was wondering why some panel vans have extra vents on the last panel ?

the ones with vent came from factory with full bulkhead ..no bulkhead or half bulkhead no vents

Mine has vents but never had a bulkhead of any type !
Ex German post Office van how does that work then ?

Or would there be signs if it had been removed ?

Cut the bulkhead out, grind off the remains of the spot welds, repaint, and done properly there'd be no sign one was ever there.

Would've thought one van guaranteed to have a bulkhead would be a post office van, otherwise one heavy brake application and you'd be wearing all the mail!
