not everything gets scrapped at my place so here´s the start of my first big rebuild, its a td with twin lockers and it needs a LOT of work! i dont have a time frame its just gonna take the time it takes, not sure whether its going to be original or a bit of a jacked up play thing with all the trimmings? any thoughts??

I never ever want more than one Syncro again. You spend all your spare time and money on fixing
them. I'd rather one and get away as much as possible.

True, before we had children we used to have to think really hard about how we could fill our time at the weekends. Then we bought a house, had children and bought a Syncro ! Now we never have a moment when we shouldn't be doing something. "Prioritise" is a now a well used word in our household!
Looks like a thorough job ! Did you get plenty of measurements so you can put it back how it was, or are you planning some sort of custom bodywork ?
TBH I think mine would look like that if I removed every panel that had a trace of rust, but I think I'll have to be a bit more pragmatic when it comes to my resto.
