Northwest T25 Resprayers?

Hi,
Does anybody know if there are any good garages in the North West area that will respray my rusting T25 trident autosleeper? I don't have a particularly big budget but I would like to take it to someone who knows T25's and makes sure my rusting seams will not return!
Any help would be most appreciated,
Thanks!

Someone will likely be along with an answer.
However, I will say I know of 2 near Chester I won't use again. Cannot mention them by name on an open forum, but if you send me any names that come up I will say if one of them is the ones I am thinking of !

I think you are asking for a miracle there though.
Limited budget, competent T25 sprayer's and no return of seam rust cannot appear in the same sentence
Good luck.
p.s. Have you read the Paint your van with a roller thread ? (

You will never get rid of rusty seams forever without removing panels to get rid of the rust totally. However with a bit of time it can be done so they will last 12 months maybe 2 years before bubbling comes back (if your lucky). Ideally you need to grit blast the seams and then get in to treat them. The only thing with grit blasting is when you have to do it inside it does make loads of mess. I did some wheels the other day and everything got covered

. However for seams it wont be quite as bad as they dont take as long to do. You also need to get into the back of the seams to treat them as well. How bad are they? Pics will help. What sort of budget do you have?

hi Zippy,You wont stop rust, for ever, what ever type of chemical you put on it(like jim said),depends how good you want your van.People often think that returning the WHOLE shell back to bare metal is the only way but id disagree, unless your in a perfect env, such as a car factory ie ford vauxhall, metal will immediatley, start to corode, what ever type of paint or substance you apply.ive sold t25s for 15yrs now(full time for 3yrs),used lots of different paint shops, non perfect, some shocking.Ive only in the past worked on my own vans, tho,Ive just done a trident(a rough one) for someone who contacted me,but under the understanding that i could offer no gaurantee of rust returning, its in a paint shop at mo,along with 4 of my own t25s,if you want me to have a look and give you some free advice contact me.Adam 0 and by the way im not touting for work.
