bit of an update for you all,
havent had much time to do things recently as im working on the van outside at weekends only.

put the glass in
Image
Image

and the new light combo
Image

got it up on axle stands and dismantled everything underneath,so i could replace or rebuild the lot.
Image

resealed everything and primed, repainted and undersealed the whole of the underneath
Image
Image

and while i have being doing that the wheels have been re coated in Gloss black and a 31/10.5/15 BF Goodrich AT fitted to one of my spare wheels to see how much i have to extend the rear arms to get it in there
Image
Image
and that it would clear the side door
Image
and not foul on the wheel arch while under full compression
Image
or the spring
Image

and all the underside protection and the rear arms were blasted and hot dip galvanised
Image
Image

that should give you all an idea how its going :ok
im off back to do some more and ill post some more as it progresses

Interesting front lamps there but will you get the same amount of light out of them as the 4 lamp setup?

Its really looking really good!

What are the dimensions of those wheels? I know they are one of a kind but I spotted an interesting set of wheels in Sweden last week which are not a million miles off those one of yours. Are they 7 x 15" or 16" and what is the ET?

Not sure of the light situation yet Andrew, fingers are crossed, they may get an HID conversion if they are poor

The wheels are 7x15 with an et of 35
