You get no lay in with kids!
I can just see its gonna look so nice, having all the other stuff black really suits the blue. It's also nice that the first time I ride it it will have a perfect body and a perfect engine, just like the wife!

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
Well,coated the fuel filler recces

got top help it longer term

only a small thing but they all take time and need doing

bumpers sorted, will fit after the engine swop, the rear especially is one item less for the fitters to avoid and hopefully make life a bit easier, will leave the spare carrier of for same reason

the front isnt perfect but well good enough until a genuine one shows up

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
I'm keeping my eye open for a genuine one, don't seem to be available new anymore.. The skid pan covers a lot of it anyway, I'll see what it's like when I get it back and go from there.

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
Well few jobs prior to nipping it away for a week or so
dinitrol

the rest of the insides and cavities/doors etc will be done on return and after the doors have been fitted,(too messy first)
temp secured the duct so when its test drove crap off the wheel wont coat/damage the cooler
its very discreet especially when looking from above or a distance

step, last time it will be shiny as its getting coated soon

all the glass back in this morning,no issues

stainless nuts and washers

nice new dg from gunzls

looking forward to its return so it can be detailed, properly polished out and finished

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
Well its up and i suppose big again, i now have the step out for the side door, 24" to main floor
i see it grown spacers as well
arch to ground on front is 35"

on the rear 36".........that will allow for the 1/2 ton of clart you will be carrying
front looks ...err promising

so start the nice part tomoz

Re: The GASWAGON (act III)
Spacers were to give me a bit more clearance on the front suspension, next set of tyres will be a bit bigger.... I'm hoping it also gives the van a slightly more 'meaty' look with the wheels sticking out that bit further.
The van should settle a little bit, 24"
With the interior in it's normally 52.5cm from arch to centre of wheel
