Anywhere near 30 mpg would be amazing. Have sent injectors off for cleaning, got them hack today. Should be interesting to see what difference that makes. I'm also told that valve clearances on these lumps need checking regularly too.

We didnt get the 2.8 Cologne motor in SA, we had the old 3.0 Essex, strong in an old school mechanical way
