Where abouts are you in Suffolk? I wouldn't mind popping in and having a look. Obviously use PM.

well just had a DOH! moment either that or it was a eureeka moment
I spent all sunday fitting a whole new clutch line from master to slave and I had already replaced the slave for a new one.
And when I finally bled the system the clutch pedal was still solid and then we finally realised that the rod in the slave needs extending DOH! that was alot of time effort and money just to find that out.
Well at least ive got a new slave and copper clutch pipe oh and new fluid to boot.

Here are some pics of the exhaust manifold. it goes 2 into 1 just over the drive shaft. Built by Jeff :D
also there are some pics of the turbo exhaust outlet, which is fouled by the slave cylinder mount and the slave cylinder mount is fouled by the actuator from turbo one. it's not a straight forward engine swap!!!!!!

HI all
tried the first start of the engine today.
it did not start, just turned over and coughed a little.
so I think it's either low fuel pressure
or there's a vacuum leak somewhere.
The guys at TSR racing have been very helpful I just need to check the connections and keep going.
I,ve got a newer more powerful pump on the way it's a walbro 305! should be man enough.
keep you posted.
