It's been a while. I'm running behind with pics.

Engine and gearbox ready to go back in.

Replaced the oil seals and green bung on the gearbox. Seals were a bugger to get out, I ended up collapsing them with chisel. I replaced the black plastic locking rings which I got from bear transmissions, top bloke! The black plastic locking rings were chewed up as somebody in the past has removed the lock ring behind with hammer and chisel. Seem to always be sorting out previous keepers bodge ups on this van!!

The turbo has been refurbished. Midland turbo, really happy with their service. I can't work out how they call it a refurb. They replaced the turbine, the seals, the casing and all nuts/bolts = new turbo?

New oil return pipe made up by a local firm

Engine is back in and cranks over fine. Not started yet as the fuel tank is off getting cleaned
