Yeah never got the remnants back, they got a perfect cab step as they just used a little of it round the fuel filler!! I have the ebay pics and ebay proof of purchase for all the panels.

Phone Trading standards, i'm sure they will help you with the information you need. Your van is not fit for purpose and you can claim against the company even if you paid cash. You can give them so many days to rectify the work or take em to court

Lol... well just to put the final nail in the coffin of this terrible story, the advice I was given is that I have to give them the chance to rectify this, but obviously I don't want them touching it, cant look at the guy either without wanting to rearrange his front grill! so the moral of the story? Only go with fully recommended people I guess!
