In the middle of changing mine now (1.9 DF as earlier in thread). I've managed to shear one of the allen bolts on the lower metal pipe and now see that my only option is to remove the crankshaft pulley. Problem is It's too close to the exhaust to get a socket over, even to size it, and none of my spanners are large enough. Anyone know to hand what size spanner I need?
