Its working perfectly now.

The smell was the flue which I have now welded and fixed, can't smell a thing.
New 12v and 240v elements,a new electrode for a fantasic spark and a bloody good clean.
Not to mention double checking the tightening of nuts. :lol:
Its never worked so good (touch wood). :wink:
