Interesting side effect and worth noting. Took it out this evening to put some petrol in it and try it out since I fitted poly gearbox bush and sorted engine mount bolts as well as leak from pipe below pulley.

Where before I really struggled to get 1st and reverse, it goes in smooth as silk now. No vibration, and gear lever sits still, where before you could feel every movement of the engine. Almost like driving a new van :D

No leaks - not a drop.

Good work, just goes to show what you (and the van) can put up with before it all goes belly up.
