That's hysterical. I hope he remembered to take his phone, car keys etc out of his pockets before wading in to save the drone.

I have a second generation Hero and love it! My DSLR has started to show its age and thought about a replacement but instead purchased a Hero 4 silver. What I like is that it has wifi, but the main reason for the buy was the back view finder and the ability to take time lapse long exposures at night. They have come a long way with night time photography. I can not wait to be somewhere warm and Tropical and give this camera a try.
My wife and I and another couple are going on vacation to Florida in March. We will be flying into Tampa and there we will be picking up two Bay Window Westys and driving them to Key West, where we plan on being for St. Patricks' Day. I know a T25 would be just like home but they only have one in their fleet and the wife is set on a certain color Westy named Krazy Karl. Happy Wife means Happy Life, it's better to be Happy than Right!
Long story short I want to take as many pics/videos as possible and certainly want to be ready for anything coming our way. The quadcopter sounds oh so tempting but I think I should wait on another purchase until summer, if anything to keep that certain someone quiet. I'll post as much as I can.

Just got one of these quads and the price was right! Can be purchased for less if ordered direct from Asia. First thoughts are it works however for a newby to the RC scene, it takes a lot of practice. I picked up three extra batteries, as the flight time is 5-7 minutes depending upon video recording. The camera takes ok video and still pics, good enough to make some fun camping shot/videos. I would love to have one of the more expensive quads but can not justify the purchase yet. Looking forward to taking this one with me on my trip south in March and camping trips next summer.
