I bought some of these for mine after seeing Mocki's ones at The Winking Man. They are bloody bright 8)

We do those too, only they are 7w and ours are 20w :shock: http://campervanculture.com/shop/revers ... -cree-led/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The 20w bulbs from Jed are very good. I can now see what i'm about to reverse into !

But what about tail lights rather than reversing lights?

Hi,

I'm currently testing the tail light LEDs. So far they seem good, however these versions are a direct replacement in that they are a fairly similar brightness to the original, they are slightly brighter but not significantly.

Based on what i've learnt from these bulbs i'll be placing an order for some brighter ones in the next day or so. Both types will end up for sale on CVC (standard brightness & increased brightness)

Indicators i'm still working on, not found a satisfactory LED flasher unit to replace the relay just yet, but still searching.

:ok

I found it cheaper and easier to add a strip of red LEDs into the top of the section next to the tail light section of the rear cluster, I will take some pictures in the dark later

The added advantage is, you will always have a rear light if the bulb fails
I have these wired so they are always on when the engine is running .

Ive had good results since the start of this thread by cleaning up and lathering the insides in reflective tape, but still looking for brighter :ok
