The 3/4 front view of a Syncro panel with twin squares does it for me. Lovely looking ride, would look at home in a garage near me

Kl71's are great MUDs. Quiet when new but after a year or so they buzz like hell.

i was looking at either mud terrains or bridgestone dueller 673´s and then im not too sure about the winters as all the best ones are directional so rotating them properly becomes a nightmare but probably the bfg winter slaloms

I got Yokohama winters (albeit 205R14C) non directional, best brake rating of the lot and only 2dB noisier than the quietest but they are no worse than my summer tyres, got them from oponeo
I'm really impressed with the new BFGs MTs not noisy like the older ones and all the old Firestone style tread patterns, even at 60mph they are bearable, very clever block pattern and they work pretty well

think i will go with the bfg mt´s, ive already got grabbers on a set of mefros and they are pretty good in the snow so that will give me a bit more time to find the right winter tyres
next step is to pull another syncro apart and get the newer cast front end and send that and all the bits off to shotblasting and coating

Got the van home and up on the lift for the first time and so far so good
needs some new front shocks as they are hard as stone,a cv boot and a top ball joint, apart from that just a bit of seam rash to deal with and then a respray, not quite sure what colour to paint it as it was originally white but has been painted red as it is an ex fire brigade van, do kinda like the red though
