So we have 'at least' 24 members in Norway, maybe these T3 vehicles don't mind the cold too much.. although my throttle cable usually freezes up once it's -5 or so

well mine and others Vattenfall dokas were all used all over sweden including arctic sweden so they obviously thought they were the right tool for the job plus all the finnish army ambulances were presumably not just for summer use and the blue finnish nato vans were used on the border between finland and russia and half of that is in the arctic circle too.
