Re: To sell syncro or not to sell?
What a strange thread. I've read loads of threads where people have a tin-top and want to install a pop-top, and so are looking for roofs, parts etc. But this is the first time I've seen one where the opposite is true ie. the owner has a pop-top, but wants a tin-top instead. Obviously, the easiest thing to do is to sell what you have and start again. I'm sure there are plenty of people looking for a Syncro with a pop-top.
But if you've done a lot of work on your current van, and don't want to sell it, then keep it. A pop-top is only a couple of inches taller than a tin-top, and Jed has shown you can have roof racks, lights, whatever you want, and still take it off road. I may be wrong, but from what I've seen of his videos, not many owners do the amount or severity of off-roading that Jed gets up to.

Yeh seen most people want a pop top. From the start i really wanted tin top caravelle style. Found my van and i love it. But to change it will be hassle. Also finding a tin top syncro will be some effort too lol.
I dont have kids so for me the extra beds are pointless.
I do plan on going on alot of offroading.
