Sorry, you're right. Meet at my place on Monday 24th and travel to the Picos on the 25th so we're ready for the off-roading on the 26th.

I thought we were meeting at yours on Monday 24th from the ferry then all going on to the camp site on the same day?? There would be plenty of time as the ferry is due in at 12.00 midday on the 24th.

You'll probably get to my place around 2pm. We're not starting the off-roading until Wednesday so I thought it would be nice for everyone to have a chance to wander around Santillana del Mar, my local village, Monday afternoon. We could then eat locally or, if weather permitting, we could have a BBQ at my place. I then planned to travel up to the Picos Tuesday morning giving us plenty of time to book into the campsite, do some shopping, catch up with Europicos, etc, etc.

I'm on the ferry with Terry and anyone else so will follow along.

Are we needing the CB Radios for this trip? and if so are there any must observe regulations in Spain?

We are up for Rob's suggestion. There should be a bit of a convoy travelling from Santander to Santilliana. Dave knows the way which is a bonus!

For all that are leaving from Plymouth on the 23rd, are we all meeting at the port or meet somewhere near and all go in together? Maybe meet at the big Sainbury`s just off the A38 then all travel to the port.

Really looking forward to this now as the van is all sorted and running well.

Just a side note, to find out who is taking what in the way of spares and tools. I will be taking 14" drive shaft front and back and will be taking hand tools, but if anyone needs me to take anything then just ask. I can get most things if given a bit of notice.

Glad to hear its all up and running well Dave - those late nights paid off!! :ok

Sainsburys at Marsh Mills would be OK with us. How about meeting at about 12.00 and then when we go in to the docks there will be time for a brew.

I'm taking ignition spares, belts, a CV joint, fluids and tools to do the repairs I can do. Also taking my Viair compressor, bead breaker and a couple of tubes.

Would it be a good idea to swop moblie numbers before next Sunday?

Getting excited now!!

I'll have a mediocre battery drill, bits and the ability to cut as well as drill metal.
Some small silly spares, like senders, copper washers, odd nuts and bolts.
Should I bring a spare 14" rear hub (complete) I've got.
A spare prop ?
a 2nd spare 14"rear driveshaft?
