Same here, i should get to the venue and do a fair bit of off road driving in with the same tank of fuel from the Tescos at the end of my road![]()

Pushing it a bit ..... thats over 500 miles on a tankful. Although yo will be filling up in Belgium at €0.20 litre less than the UK
Let me correct that, i should get to the venue from Calais on a tank of fuel. I have been getting just over 600km per tank on an un fiddled with 1.9td AAZ. I stand corrected

Looks like Holland uses the UK type bayonet, wheras Belgium and Germany both use the 'Acme' type filler so an adapter is required there. I may not bother with an adapter and simply fill up in Holland.

What will you burn it in Neil,
Are we allowed a bonfire or do we have to keep it off the ground?

The inside of my van is a shed (bit like the outside!) and I have room. If you get them to Dover, I'll take them from there. cheers Patrick.

I'll bring my Acme adaptor + extender to share (but depending on your socket it may not fit).

I believe bonfires are permissible on ground that has previous had a fire on it and there appears to be plenty of those.

Fair play. We are the same as Neil two adults one small kid, only we are on holiday for an extra week across europe after the event. Dont mind taking a couple of extra bags of wood on the roof rack though if Neil wants a fire
