Been thiking about this, and I wonder how much loss is here, the DG had a home made 0.07mm gasket so there should be almost no flow in this groove.
DJ had curil T which is thin but not Zero and none was placed inside of the groove.

First test drive this afternoon, only 10 miles but drove very well :D

Very well thank you. We were skiing over Christmas in Canada and the hotel burned down on our penultimate night! It was quite an adventure I can tell you!
