The garage that you had a link for in Cowes has been mentioned to me too by people that have been there, I havnt needed to get a mechanic to look at mine as most things can be done yourself on these really unless its brakes!
I have only had mine since august, did you get yours on the island, is it a high top or pop?
I need to sort my water tank out, it was sat for 14 years so I aint drinking out of that!

Apart from tidying up the bodywork and outside areas, the only thing I really need to sort is the heater blower. I had the fascia off yesterday to put a 12v socket on and I didn't have the guts to tackle the blower unit, it looked a lot of hassle.
Mine is an Island reg plate,Hi top, and I bought it off a guy in Luccombe. I don't think it had been serviced much as there were lots of little thing that once sorted, got the engine running really well.
