yep, horrific , offshore all the underwater lances have a shrouded retro tube and the biz end has to be long enough so that you cant squeeze the trigger and still reach any part of you, they have in the past removed limbs in one pass and the guy didnt notice at first, .and thats at about 1500- 1800 bar.
