All these places (except the Gower) are two or three hours from Penarth/Cardiff - is that what you were after?
I was brought up in Penarth. Nice place, but I can't think of any campsites!

Going to head West after Penarth. Could do with a suggestion for a sleepy spot near Penarth for a night. Any ideas?
