I would be interested to know the values of my earlier white switch, as I never had any problems with it even in France and Spain.

There are two pipes going to the vent on early fridges and only one on the later models. Maybe this has something to do with the way they cool. I have also found the early fridges need the fan cooling at a much lower
temp. Without the fan on an early fridge I found it didn't get really cold on an average summers day where as the later model did.

I have just updated the fan on my early fridge using a fan I had lying around- hence the green lights!! Also added an over ride switch to aid cooling when refilling the fridge with beer and on initial start up.
