bought some of these window shade things and cut them down for the front sides to the right shape. left tin front and back ones they were the right size nearly.

My roof is side hinged (so it forms a big triangle).
I want to make one of these but can't work out how to attach it? Or indeed how to get it up so high? I suppose I attach it to the top before lifting the roof?
Any ideas?

HI There
I have seen them at shows for these types of roofs. You can use a long bungee to attach the two side triangles at either side along the hindged side. You will need to reinforce the corners for the bungee hooks using a metal hole. You can probably pick these up at B&Q.
However I did see a chap selling the bubble wrap kits unfinished at Vanfest, so the shape was cut out you just needed to do the edging. They were about £40-£60 depending on camper, But you would still need to spend about £10 on edging tape.
