Re: Woo, yeah.
Tax disc and notification of reg number arrived today!
Number plates ordered and fitted within about 1/2 hour!
The shake down starts here!
I chickened out at £90 of Diesel, and there was already some in, probably about 6 months worth there.
Quick it is not! I can see me doing a few lanes around here and the Peaks etc but not going too far in it, it's very low geared!
Did a green lane on it's 1st outing, selected 4WD which worked effortlessly.
At the moment we are all very pleased with it, although I need to fit the roof and doors, 4 up driving to the butty shop for dinner was a tad chilly for those in the back.

No Andrew, bang tidy!
It's ace, although a little slow!
Well, quick of the mark, crippled on fast roads, I can see the box being removed and those longer Porsche gears going in!

That's what I started looking for, but all the ones for sale at the time were owned by deluded crack smokers that had unrealistic values on their wares.lhd wrote:Looks like your coming over to a syncro, slowly but surely.....

Anyway, already had one...
Would have another, if I get one at sensible money.

Re: Woo, yeah.
Simon, we could have are own show/get together.
my pal has one in buxton, youve got one, and this one lives where my syncro came from
it has a t/d in it, and its great fun, solely used for hunting and a fishing
only got about 47000 kms on the clock.
wonder how many are now in the uk, .
