Just thought I'd add to the list!

We bought this 1.2 K refurbed one off e-bay and it's great plus it only took a couple of days to arrive

As it was refurbed we thought it may be marked or something but there wasn't a scratch on it!

Left it on overnight and Mrs B reported a big difference in how things normally are when she gets up to put the kettle on!

Well, I really wasn't expecting that to be; bodged, broken, leaking, lost, missing, mangled, rusty, rotten, stripped, siezed - pass the Stella and it'll all be better

Bought an oil filled rad from srcewfix that has a timer. Now leave the Westy linked into the garage and the heater comes on a couple of hours before I need it and it's fully defrosted and warm to drive in - bonus

Very useful thread

I'm liking the look of the Screwfix 1.5kw rad without the timer:

Having used my 1100watt oil filled rad quite a bit over the last couple of months, Christmas at Shardlow and New Year at Llangollen and having experienced some pretty low temps especially leading up to Christmas, I would say 1500watts is about right.
Looks very good indeed for £24.00
