We have the same in white and love it.
We didnt want the restrictions that a high top presents in cornish car parks!
Love the Holdsworth and if its really really cold chuck all the bags in the footwells drop the roof and hey presto its all warm and toasty.!! just mind your head when u wanna pee in the nite

Smart van, funny how I looked and saw - lowered on nice alloys, colour coded mirrors and a bottle of vodka.
When Jane looked she saw - nicely upholstered seats, decorated fridge door matched to the curtains and comfy furniture.
We're still getting used to ours, we plan to upholster and lower probably next year and possibly add a propex heater.
As the van is a bit congested we're looking to minimise what we carry ie 2 plates 2 bowls 2 knives etc.. Jane has a tendency to pack in a 'just in case we need it' manner, Still swapping cupboard contents around to find the best set up and wondering what, if anything, to put on the roof rack section.
We're planning a 2 week trip in mid Oct, should be chaos

32.6 MPG over 1350 miles touring west coast of Scotland two weeks ago. That's not bad out of a Hi-Top. Oh, and it's a Syncro so it was dragging 4x4 around as well.

Beats me, I was pleased with 28.2 mpg over 3,200 mls...

We normally get about 26/27 per gallon...
We are the exact opposite and travel very light, just the basics/essentials...........so have loads of space.
Tried our awning in the roof rack------too big! -----surf boards too long! so up to now it hasnt been used!

We're from Stafford, at least for the next two years anyway, then we move over to our place on Crete (with the van) . Till then we will go away every weekend we can, exploring in the van. Our weekend is wed, thurs & fri as we work night shifts, so we don't get to any of the get togethers like Cromer etc

Having had both a westy Hi Top and a pop top the pop top wins for me as we like to sleep up top and find the pop top easier to climb up due to height at front we found the hi top bed although big enough for adults was best for small kids due to the lack of height between the bed and roof

Tin top with a pup tent? Ive never needed to stand up in the camper. We avoided a fixed interior so we have the option of cooking outside. Weve just got a Quechua base pop up tent for extra storage and cooking if needed on longer holidays. Very convenient.
