I also managed an entire greenlaning weekend in Wales in my Westy without getting stuck* - when I first bought the van as the locks were seized. You can just choose a slightly different approach to things and keep the momentum. Weight also kept the wheels down on the ground. Difflocks do make a massive difference though.

I have both front and rear and I have yet to use my front one!

Best get rid of it then, yet another thing less to go wrong....

Might need it for the event down Cornwall/Devon way in August .... you know what its like down there!
