Nice, were in the vans is that? One thing get some insulating tape on the couple of crimps that are bare before you short um out !

That one has been fed to the blue light on the dash for the full beam light now, its one of those connectors that have a male as well as a female on it. Come on Jimbo isnt that obvious  Its all fitted under the passenger seat and consists of, headlight upgrade, full beam upgrade, front foglight relay, spotlight relay x2, and switch to turn the main beam off when the full 5 spotlights are on so i dot overload the alternator. No selotape used though you will be disappointed to know

Jed looks like a neat job....but....there is always a but, those two outer blue piggy back terminals carrying the main feeds from the battery are rated at 16A each and I reckon you have over 40amps flowing....
Personally I would give the fuse holder one more positive feed otherwise those two 6.3mm blue terminals may get pretty warm.
Unless I'm not seeing something?

The main beam is set to automatically switch off when the high level spot lights are switched on and the load to those connectors is then reduced or at least all the load for the lights cant be switched on at the same time.

Yup.....I calculated a possible 9 lamps on (without the full beams) at 55watts per bulb..
5 spots
2 dip beam elements
2 fogs

41.25amps at 12volts

Or do all four of the headlamps go out when the spots are on?
