I reckon I could have shortened my mortgage term by at least five years.....

still........where's the fun in that, compared to the smiles I've had from the bus.

The best thing to do is put all the bills into a spreadsheet and then you can see the total at any time. and cry

My impulse bought Syncro was £1800 in the spring. (Dontcha love the bay of fleas !) I've replaced nsf inner & outer CV's, both sides upper ball joints, both front shock absorbers, had a bit of welding done and put 4 new tyres on it. up to £3k now and I can see every penny going out....

So, now just a few cheapo jobs like a decent interior, more welding, paint, gearbox rebuild, new brakes, cam belt..................aaaargh
