Eber heater specialist needed.

BT depot wont have a clue on the DL2,
however, i suspect you have a bad connection onto your glow plug, and / or a non working glowplug.
if the ebber detects no connection to the glow plug it will not allow the pump to pump.
the glow plugs have a coil which melts and shows no connection to the heater.
You have tried making sure the battery the heater is running off is fully charged for sure havent you, as low voltage will stop the heater working too.

Hi Mocki. Thanks for the reply. It can't be the leisure battery that the heater is running off. It is brand new & fully charged and only fitted just before I had a look at the eber. As you probably know, the eber on the westy atlantic is housed in a metal casing underneath the van/sliding door side. Have undone the jubilee clips that secure the 2 50mm ducts but can't work out how to get the eber out of the metal casing Undid the four screws underneath the casing but couldn't gat anything to budge. There's more screws around the sides of the casing but some are in awkward places and you'd be hard pressed to get at 'em even with a stubby. It was at this point that I threw in the towel and decided that I needed an expert

I can email you a german copy of the manual for this heater if you wish it might give you more idea of it's fitment on a t25 and how to dismantle if you feel brave enough!If it isn't a d2l let me know what model it is.

matt knows how to get the heater out, LHD rob knows about making them work(he also has a westy) give one of them a shout...... i personally know very little about this model of ebber...

First things first, check the voltage at the eber when switching on. Does it go below 10.5v?

Like Rob says, ensure the pump is wired up too because you can normally here them going off big time.

If you dont know what your doing then go to BT and get them to read the fault code....

Many thanks to everyone who has replied to my post and thanks to Rick (oldiebut goodie) for the 2 manuals that he emailed. Can anyone please advise me on the best place to get some hot air ducting and a new exhaust for my diesel eber as these are sure to need replacing as well.
