If your speedo is currently working you can work out which drive ratio you've got without dismantleing anything apart from taking the cable off the diff. Mark the prop flange and the speedo drive pinion with chalk for easy ID and then turn the prop counting complete rotations of each till it lands exactly on a complete ratio around 8 prop turns give or take a couple, it'll be obveous - jack a wheel on each axle so you can spin the prop if its all in the van.

Oh, I've since got a red 21 so all should be well, once I've got a 5mm punch to fit it with, I should really finish that project but one part of me doesn't want to change the speedo error without me getting hold of a GPS to recheck it as getting it 'verafied by Gatso' doesn't apeal!
