Van wont stop!

ok, so start the van, then turn the key off, and the van dont stop, pull the connector block off the bottom of the ignition switch, if the van stops, its the switch, if it dont, you have a wiring issue elsewhere......

BTW, there is no aux postion on these vans, its ignition on, or ignition off.

Hanyns manual it suggests that if the "ignition" will not go off then its either the Alternator belt broken or slipping or a faulty alternator.

I think you will find they are talking about the ignition light, not the ignition circuit.

Have you connected anything else to the coil like a split charge relay or moved any of the wires in the fuse box?
