Which tap and die set?

I usually get mine ( HSS ) from Tracey Tools in Dartmouth-- good mail order service and do a good range of sizes including more unusual types

hm I have no idea, but I assume as its not the proffessional range trhe standard year or so one comes with it, but at only £23 I'm not really bothered

Look at spending over £50 for a set and get at least HSS and if possible titanium coated, they do work.

buying cheap taps is a false economy, when you need them they will let you down and you will have to go and get a good set anyway.

Halfords cheap sets are no good for anything hard then old cheese!

spend your money at a local motor factors, they have some knowledge

Maybe I mean they know more then the twits at halfords.
